Alhamdulillah perjalanan sebagai seorg student dah pun berakhir pada Jan 2013 yg lps... slps dua thun setengah berhempas pulas akhirnya berakhir jugakkk...so after this kiter nak enjoyyyy life dengan aktiviti2 kiter yg dh lama tertangguh...hehehehe..

 

Setelah sekian lama blog ni bersawang..akhirnya ku merajinkan diri jugak akhirnya mengupdate blog....Order for Kek Hantaran telah dibuat oleh Zulina staff ECERDC.....Theme: Purple....

Marathon Menulis Blog

Salam to all,

wahhh sangat lama sue tak update blog...bukan tak aktif membaking..tp terlalu sibuk dengan jadual harian sebagai pelajar a.k.a student tua opss...kerjaya...isteri dan bla bla bla....

so memandangkan dah lama tak update blog kesayangan ni, sempena hari rajin sedunia dh tiba harini sue nk buat marathon menulis blog....dan menepekkan gambar- gambar kek yang ada dalam simpanan...

Actually cousin sue dah selamat pon melangsungkan perkahwinan die pada 11hb11 2011 thun lepas...mintak maaf yer ain..selepas setahun baru kak sue mengupdatekan berita...dh selamat melahirkan seorg baby yang comel pon...yg diberi nama Irtidzha Muhamad Husaiyn (maaf kan kak sue if salah eja yer mama Husaiyn)...

Dan bersempena hari bahagia sepupuku ini saya telah ditugaskan untuk menyediakan kek bertingkat setinggi 3 tingkat untuk majlis reception dan custom made mini cake (fondant) untuk hantaran...tetapiiii kek 3 tingkat ini haruslah berkonsepkan bunga- bunga cinta yang segar..heheheh..Dan hasilnyaaaaaa............................

Dan akhirnya kek itu dimakan..hehehe...kek itu dibuat istimewa kerana setiap layer cakenyer mempunyai flavour yang berbeza...Base nyer ialah chocolate chips cake, 2nd layer butter cake dan atas sekali moist chocolate cake.....

Kepada uollss kat luar tu...meh la try order....

Order seterusnya datang dr Norlizah Hashim a.k.a liza...Alhamdulillah akhirnya Liza & Hisyam akhirnya bersatu jua....ramai office-mate yg agak terkejut bila pasangan ni menghantar invitation card mereka...bukan ape, ini adalah kerana si liza ni merupakan staff C&S Consultant bagi kompeni kami dan Hisyam a.k.a Syam pulak ialah engineer kompeni kami...hahahaha...

Akhirnya kabar angin yang sepoi- sepoi bahasa yang sentiasa bertiup tu akhirnya menjadi kenyataan...Tahniah buat Liza & Syam...As requested, Liza nak cup cakes yang simple...puas memikir mikir dan terpikir mencarik idea...maka idea untuk membuat cup cakes bertemakan english roses pon terkeluar..& memandangkan tema pengantin pon merah & putih....

Seem that quite some times i haven't update my blog..I'm so tired and busy with my tight schedule..Now I am in semester 3 and the task given by the lecturers were so stressful and need time to complete...

Never mind la...utk terapi minda i still do some baking at home...tp tk bleh aktif sgt sbb tak terkejar....a few months ago i got an order from my ex- officemate fazli for his wedding..tp malangnyer hari ni baru ade masa dan ketika utk "meng-update" blog serta "meng-upload" gmbr....

Fazli was our QS in my ex- working place...but we all same2 dh berhijrah ke kompeni lain...fazli did requested for blue and white concept tp a few week before majlis his changed his mind to have the pink and white concept...He also requested to have a lots of flowers on the top of cuppies tp after i've done that i felt that its too crowded so i just put the flower in the centre of the cuppies...

To Fazli, thanx for the order and maybe its not too late to say "SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU"....ikhlas dr pengantin lama....hahahahaha

Wedding Cake

Hi to all....its quite a long time i didnt update my blog....i'm too bz with my studies at nite and working at day time...but its doesnt mean that i stop my activities in baking....hehehe...i still love baking....

This time i received an order to make a "hantaran" wedding cake for En. Amin's brother....Amin is my friend's husband....lets see my latest wedding cake i made for him....the theme colour was black and white but he also requested to add some grey colour.....

Because the wedding was held in Melaka and the groom was from Kedah, i decorated this cake with fondant icing and gum paste flower...
